2022 – Absolutely no response from Genesis travel ticket refund | Ticket prices

I bought Genesis tickets last domino Touring the O2 in London last year though Postponed due to covid twice.

After being postponed for the second time I decided to sell my tickets Because it will be difficult for me to leave for health reasons.

I sold tickets through official seller AXS and it was said The funds will be transferred to my selected PayPal account within 10 working days after the concert. That was in March. Currently It’s been two months and I still don’t have any money.

I sent an email and sent an email (no number to contact). I’ve tried the site’s live chat but the connection is disconnected. i’m done What to do next.

Getting the revenue from ticket sales has been harder than it should have been. Despite AXS’s promise of a “simple customer journey,” we had to stick around to find someone to solve it.

However, once we reached out to customer service and filed a complaint on your behalf, AXS acted quickly. She thanked us for bringing this issue to her attention and contacted you directly to arrange for the funds to be transferred to your account.

The theft is attributed to mixing multiple email addresses, although they are not convinced that this is the root cause and are frustrated that their attempts to contact AXS went unanswered. However, you’ll be happy to get the £169 back and you’ll use the money to pay for a holiday.
