FTX plans to acquire crypto exchange Bitvo as part of entering the Canadian market
Crypto derivatives exchange FTX has reached an agreement to buy Canadian crypto exchange Bitvo.
In an announcement on Friday, FTX Trading Limited He said It was planning to acquire Bitvo as part of the crypto exchange’s efforts to offer its products and services to users residing in Canada. The company added that the deal is “subject to regulatory approval and usual closing conditions” but is expected to close in the third quarter of 2022.
