The reality TV star and ex-boyfriend, Canadian-American basketball player Tristan Thompson, welcomed their second child via a surrogate, a source close to Kardashian told CNN.
No name has been shared for the little boy yet.
The former couple are also parents to a 4-year-old daughter, True.
The couple had a turbulent and on-and-off relationship marred by several cheating scandals. In January, Thompson confirmed that he has a son with model Maralie Nichols.
But Kardashian, 38, has been vocal about her commitment to co-parenting with Thompson and her desire to expand her family. She documented her efforts to have a second child through IVF and fertility assistance in keeping up with the Kardashians.
