2022 – Nigel Slater’s Grilled Chicken and Curry Sauce Recipe | a meal

A classic Japanese curry-inspired chicken dinner.

Make the sauce: chop it roughly 2 . green onion It is placed in a food processor bowl. Peel 40 gm of it Ginger and 3 cloves of garlicThen add to the onions.

Peel and chop about 250gm CarrotsThen we add them to the other ingredients with 350 g Tomatoes.

Pour 3 tablespoons of liquid honey With 3 tablespoons light soy sauce. Add 2 tablespoons garam masala and 2 of light curry powder.

1 small piece half chopped Red pepper And add that too. Whisk into a thick batter, then place in a large, shallow saucepan. Simmer over low to moderate heat for 12 minutes, then pour in 400ml Chicken broth It boils. Reduce the heat and simmer for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the sauce from sticking. Add a handful of ground beef coriander.

Oil and light season 4 hollow and flat chicken legsThen grill it on both sides until it turns golden brown. Make sure it is fully cooked by piercing it with a skewer – the juice should be golden, not pink. Served with sauce and a little Loaf for scanning. enough for 2

There is a lot of sauce here. If you have anything left, keep it in the refrigerator for another day.

The sauce also goes well with grilled eggplant.
