2022 – Samsung quietly launched its mid-range phone Galaxy M23 5G

We reported it a few days ago A 5G version of the Galaxy A23 is rumored to arrive in Europe sometime this month. However, it seems that Samsung has decided to go live with another mid-range device 5G phone, Galaxy M23.

SamMobil reports that the Galaxy M23 is now available in Brazil for the equivalent of $415, but customers who arrive for the phone by June 12 will only pay $395 for the phone. It’s not really a huge discount and we’re not even sure that European customers would have to pay a similar price for the Galaxy M23 5G if Samsung decided to bring it to this part of the world.

What we do know for sure is that the Galaxy M23 is a mid-range device that is supported by more than a decent device Qualcomm Snapdragon 750 5G chipset paired with 6GB of RAM. Also, the phone comes with a large 6.6-inch screen with 120Hz refresh rate, triple camera setup (50MP main camera + 8MP wide camera + 2MP macro camera) and a massive 5,000mAh battery.

Based on its specifications, this appears to be the 5G version of the Galaxy A23 that was rumored to arrive in Europe earlier this week. It has similar specs except for the chipset and a slightly better camera, but other than that, the Galaxy M23 5G and Galaxy A23 are the same. Most likely, Samsung plans to launch the Galaxy M23 5G in Europe as the Galaxy A23 5G, but we won’t know for sure until that happens, so stay tuned for more.
